A aplicabilidade e efeitos da\u00a0<em>BVI Business Companies (Amendment)\u00a0Act,<\/em> 2022 (No. 6 de 2022), listadas abaixo, entrar\u00e1 em vigor em 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Among the main points, we highlight:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Publicly Available Register of Directors**: The register of directors, which contains the names of individuals who make up the board of directors of a BVI-based company, will be public.
