In a lofty 10th position, reminiscent of its country’s Andean mountain range, is the Chile passport. The number of visa-free countries you can travel to out of the 199 we identify as countries is 107. Additionally, you can request a visa on arrival in 35 destinations and secure an e-visa in advance to visit 30 more.
The epitome of European high life, Monaco, offers a passport currently ranked 9th. You can travel to 106 countries without a visa. There’s a visa on arrival available in 37 countries and an e-visa in 30 further destinations.
Tying in 8th place are the Liechtenstein and United States passports. With a Liechtenstein passport, you can enjoy visa-free access to 114 destinations whereas a US passport facilitates visa-free travel to 116 countries. However, a Liechtenstein passport allows you to get a visa on arrival in 33 countries and e-visas in 27 more while a US passport guarantees a visa on arrival in 37 countries and an e-visa in 21.
